מדיניות הפרטיות
- מילוי הפרטים האישיים הנדרשים במסגרת טופס ההזמנה מעידים על הסכמת הרוכש למסירתם לחברה ומטרתם לסייע בידי החברה לספק לרוכש את הזמנתו על פיהם (להלן: "מידע הרוכש").
- החברה מתחייבת שלא לעשות שימוש במידע הרוכש מעבר לסיבה בגינה המידע ניתן מלכתחילה – ביצוע ההזמנה ואספקתה, אלא בהסכמת הרוכש או במקרה שהדבר נדרש או מותר בהתאם להוראות כל דין או כדי למנוע שימוש לרעה במידע על ידי צדדים שלישיים.
- מידע הרוכש יגיע לידי עובדי החברה הזקוקים למידע הרוכש על מנת להכין את המוצרים למשלוח ולחברת השילוח על מנת לבצע את השילוח.
- החברה פועלת בהתאם להוראות כל דין ביחס לשמירת והגנת מידע הרוכש לרבות פרטי האשראי המסופקים על ידו בעת ביצוע הזמנה ועושה כל שביכולתה כדי לאבטח את האתר, את התקשורת המבוצעת באמצעותו ואת המידע המצוי בשליטתה מפני צדדים שלישיים בלתי מורשים. כמו כן, החברה נוקטת באמצעי הגנת מידע לשם הגנה על האתר ועל רכיבי התוכנה והחומרה לשם תפעולו התקין.
- מידע הרוכש, אשר ייאסף על ידי החברה ביחס ללקוח בעת ביצוע הזמנתו באתר, יישמר במאגר המידע של החברה.
- השימוש באתר על ידי המשתמש ואישור המשתמש למדיניות הפרטיות של החברה מעידים על הסכמתו של המשתמש כי פרטיו יישמרו וינוהלו במאגר המידע של החברה.
- בהתאם להוראות מדיניות פרטיות זו ובהתאם להוראות כל דין, המידע אשר יישמר במאגר המידע של החברה ישמש לשם זיהוי המשתמש והרוכש, יאפשר לרוכש לבצע הזמנות באתר, ולשם שיפור השירותים והתכנים המוצעים באתר, ובמסגרת כך גם שינוי או ביטול שירותים ותכנים קיימים. המידע שישמש את החברה לצורך כך יהיה בעיקרו מידע סטטיסטי, שאינו מזהה את הלקוח באופן אישי, ומשמש לצורך ניתוח, בקרה ומסירת מידע סטטיסטי לצדדים שלישיים.
- בכפוף להסכמה מפורשת של המשתמש או הרוכש, בעת הרשמתו באתר או בעת ביצוע הזמנה באתר, החברה תיצור עמו קשר באמצעות הודעות דואר אלקטרוני ובהן מידע פרסומי בדבר שירותיה ומוצריה של החברה. הרוכש רשאי לבטל את הסכמתו בכל עת ולחדול מקבלת מידע פרסומי מהאתר.
- החברה לא תעביר לצדדים שלישיים את מידע הרוכשים ואת המידע שנאסף על פעילותם באתר, למעט במקרים המפורטים בתקנון ותנאי שימוש אלו ובמקרים המפורטים להלן:
- לצורך אספקה של שירותי ומוצרי האתר ולצורך מימוש מטרות השימוש במידע כמפורט לעיל, ככל הנדרש.
- במקרה שרוכש הפר את תנאי התקנון ותנאי השימוש והרכישה באתר.
- במקרה שמשתמש או רוכש יבצע באמצעות האתר פעולות הנחזות להיות כפעולות המנוגדות לדין.
- במקרה שיתקבל בידי החברה צו שיפוטי או דרישה מרשות מוסמכת בדרישה למסור את פרטי הרוכש או המשתמש או את המידע אודותיו לצד שלישי.
- במקרה שתתעורר מחלוקת כלשהי, לרבות טענה ו/או תביעה ו/או דרישה ו/או הליכים משפטיים בין המשתמש או הרוכש לבין החברה.
- החברה רשאית להעביר את פרטי ומידע הרוכש ומשתמשי האתר ובמסגרת כך גם המידע שנאסף כאמור, לחברות הקשורות לחברה ובלבד שצדדים שלישיים אלו ישתמשו במידע בהתאם להוראות מדיניות פרטיות זו ולהוראות כל דין.
- החברה רשאית למסור ולשתף מידע שאינו מזהה את המשתמש או הרוכש בפרטיו האישיים, שהינו מידע סטטיסטי, עם חברות אחרות הקשורות לחברה וכן עם ספקים, מפרסמים וכל צד שלישי בהתאם לשיקול דעתה הבלעדי והמוחלט.
- החברה רשאית להשתמש, בין בעצמה ובין באמצעות צדדים שלישיים בקבצי 'עוגיות' (Cookies) לצורך תפעול האתר באופן שוטף ותקין, וכדי לאסוף נתונים סטטיסטיים אודות השימוש באתר לשם התאמת האתר להעדפות אישיות של משתמשיו ולצרכי אבטחת מידע. ניתן למחוק את העוגיות במחשב בכל רגע.
- החברה רשאית להתיר לצדדים שליישים לפרסם באתר.
- החברה עושה כל שביכולתה על מנת לאבטח את המידע באתר, ובמסגרת כך מיישמת מערכות שנועדו לאבטח את המידע, בהתאם לסטנדרטים מקובלים. מערכות אלה מצמצמות את הסיכונים לחדירה למחשבי החברה, אך אין בכך כדי לחייב את החברה שהשירותים באתר יהיו חסינים באופן מלא ומוחלט מפני גישה בלתי-מורשית למידע המצוי בהם.
- בהתאם להוראות הדין, כל אדם זכאי לעיין במידע שעליו המוחזק במאגר מידע.
- אדם שעיין במידע הנוגע אליו ומצא שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן, רשאי לפנות לבעל מאגר המידע בבקשה לתקן את המידע או למוחקו.
- החברה רשאית לשנות מעת לעת את התקנון, תנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות המפורטים במסמך זה, וזאת בכפוף להוראות כל דין.
- פרשנות התקנון ותנאי שימוש אלו לרבות מדיניות הגנת המידע בו, יעשו בהתאם להוראות כל דין.

Privacy policy
- Filling in the personal information required to the order form is indicative of the buyer's consent to deliver them to the company and their goal to help the company deliver the buyer his order according to them (as follow: "buyer information").
- The Company undertakes not to use the buyer's information beyond the reason given for the information in the first place - the execution of the order and its delivery, except with the consent of the buyer or where required or permitted in accordance with the provisions of the law or to prevent misuse of the information by third parties.
- Buyer information will be available to company employees who need the buyer information in order to prepare the products for the order and the delivery company in order to carry out the delivery.
- The company acts in accordance with the provisions of the law regarding the privacy protection policy of the buyer's information including the credit information provided by it when placing an order, and does everything in its power to secure the site, the communications made through it and the information under its control from unauthorized third parties. In addition, the company uses information protection measures to protect the site and the software and hardware components for its proper operation.
- The information of the buyer, gathered by the company about the buyer during his order in the site, will be saved in the database of the company.
- The user's use of the site and the user's approval of the company's privacy policy indicate the consent of the user that his details will be kept and managed in the company's database.

- The Company will not disclose to third parties the information of the buyers and the information collected about their activities on the site, except in cases described in the regulations and terms of use and in the following cases:
- For supply of services and products from the site and for fulfillment of the purposes of using the information as set out above, as required.
- In the event the buyer violates regulations or terms of use on the site
- In the event that a user or buyer use the site in ways that seems to be contrary to law.
- In the event that the company receive a court order or requirement from an authorized authority to provide the buyer or user details or information about it to a third party.
79.5. In the event of any dispute, including any claim and/or demand and/or legal proceedings between the user and the company.
- The Company may transmit the details and information of the buyer and the users of the site and, in connection with this, the information collected as well, to companies connected with the company, provided that such third parties use the information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy and the provisions of the law.
- The company may disclose and share information that does not identify the user or buyer with personal information, which is statistical information, with other companies related to the company as well as with suppliers, advertisers and any third party at its sole and absolute discretion.
- The Company may use 'cookies', either by itself or through third parties, for the operation of the site on a regular basis, and to collect statistics on the use of the site to suit the user personal preferences and information security needs. The cookies on the computer can be deleted at any moment.
- The company may allow third parties to advertise on the site
- The Company does everything in its power to secure the information on the site, and in so doing, implements systems designed to secure the information, in accordance with generally accepted standards. These systems reduce the risks of intrusion into company computers, but this does not obligate the company that the services on the site will be fully and completely immune from unauthorized access to information contained in it.
- In accordance with the law, every person is entitled to see the information about himself that is held in the database.
- A person who has looked at the information in question and found it to be incorrect, incomplete, not clear or not up to date may contact the database owner in request to correct or delete the information.
- The company may from time to time change the regulations, terms of use and privacy policy set forth in this document, subject to the provisions of the law.
- Interpretation of these regulations and terms of use, including its information protection policy, shall be in accordance with the provisions of the law
